Has anyone had this problem with Appen?

A while ago I signed up on Appen but was unable to do any jobs without verifying my phone number. However, when I tried to verify it, it just said “we’re experiencing some technical difficulties”.

I emailed them and they replied, asking some questions which I answered but then 2 almost 3 weeks go by and I never hear from them again. I email them again, this time just asking them to delete my account and they replied that they’re processing my request but, again, I never heard from them after that.

I’m not sure if anyone else has had the same experience with them but I just thought I’d share mine.
