Has anyone gotten paid by PlaySpot?

Almost 2 months ago, I completed two offers on the app and got enough points to redeem $20. I did just that, confirmed the cash out on the link that was sent to my email, and even after two support tickets (the last one being sent more than 2 weeks ago), I have yet to receive my payment or a reply from support. My account balance is still at 20,746 coins.

I'm curious as to whether anyone else has experienced this?
