Clickworker is it worth it? Due to W-9

So I wanted to join the UHRS clickworker but when I try to join it says verification required then they make me download the w-9 from IRS.com then fill it out send it to them and wait and then finally get accepted. So anyone who lives outside of USA W-9 is basically a 1099 which makes you avoid paying taxes until tax return and you pay for all the taxes you missed so around 1-2k so is it worth it signing up for clickworker?
