Apps with constant tasks?

Are there any apps that pretty much always have tasks you can do? I'm using Crowdtap, and although I'm able to log in quite a few times throughout the day and take surveys, there's also a lot of times there's nothing. I just wondered if there's anything that always has ways for you to make money.
