[Zogo] How do some people earn so many pineapples in the Pineapple Party?

The most I have ever earned from a single Party was a little under 50 Pineapples. I see people on the leaderboards earning hundreds of Pineapples though, and I'm confused as to how they do it. Do you have to get all of the questions correct, along with some bonuses for answering the questions quickly?
