PayPal Down For Studypool?

I’ve been working for studypool for a while now and have been cashing out via PayPal. Yesterday I received two messages from Studypool saying that PayPal is currently down and that they’re working on the issue. They assure it will be back up as a cash out option soon, but I’m starting to worry a little since I have about 200 dollars of money in my balance and don’t really want to use Payoneer or Transfer wise or any of their other options. Does anyone know what the problem could be between them and PayPal? For me as a private PayPal account owner, it seems to be working fine.
