Managing Multiple Receipt Scanning Apps

So my dream is for there to be a single app (or even a method) by which anyone can upload a pic of a receipt and it be sent to all of the "subscribed" receipt scanning apps/sites.

Does anyone know if such a thing exists?

I have seen a handful of posts here talking about how receipt scanning can save you a lot of money / make you a profit and I feel like the easiest way to min/max that system is through some sort of management app.
