Inbox Dollars Not Paying Out

Anyone else having issues with inbox dollars not actually paying out? I recently signed up and completed an offer to open a bank account and was credited $63 for the offer. I chose to cash out a $50 amazon gift card and they told me it would take 3-5 business days and it has now been 8 business days.

I have reached out to support and they keep saying it will take 3-5 days even though it is past that time. Is inbox dollars actually legit?
