Has anyone ever gotten anything from Playspot?

I have been using the app since a couple weeks and now I am trying to check out the 20€ Amazon Gift Card but when I fill out everything it says "something went wrong, please try again later" I tried to contact customer service but they haven't responded since 36 hours

If anyone has checked out what did you write in the Postla adress section? Maybe I am doing it wrong
