Guy: hello , is there any chance for a new prjct consideration ? (Exactly as they worded it)

Fiverr: -USERNAME- can no longer be contacted. This will not affect your response rate

What does this mean? I’m new to fiverr and this is literally the first time someone contacted me. Did I do something wrong or did they just delete their account?
