Dscout Express Missions not appearing? [Question]

My phone updated this morning and now Dscout Express Missions are not appearing. I don't mean that there are no Express Missions currently available; I mean that the whole section is missing from the "Explore" tab. I wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing this before I contacted the support team.
