Dscout applications?

I just started using Dscout after searching for ways to make some extra money online, however, I'm a bit confused on the applications. Whenever I fill one out, it only ever asks me one question and then says I'm done. Is this normal? Does the first question determine whether you proceed to the other questions?

I'm pretty new to these platforms (going to also try Usertesting, Userinterviews, and Prolific), so sorry if this was a dumb question!
