Beta Bound: Have you ever gotten compensated or gotten to keep the product?

This is beer money adjacent I guess, unless someone answers yes, so if it doesn't belong here my apologies.

Beta Bound is a beta testing platform. They send emails about product tests (software, tech, smart home stuff etc) and you apply for them. Most applications indicate the product will have to be returned. I've been signed up since someone mentioned them on this sub last year. I'm not sure what countries they service, but definitely US because that's where I live.

I've applied to several (more than 10) beta tests since last year but never was selected until the other day when I got selected for a product test.

My question is have you ever gotten to keep the product or earned any money from the test? The fine print for the test I was selected for say that there "may" be compensation in the form of a "product or a giftcard etc".

Product or money/giftcard would be a nice beer money bonus. I'm kind of hoping they let me keep it as it was something I was looking into buying anyway.
