Any sites, platforms or servers for video editors?

Hello everyone, I'm an aspiring video editor/ photoshopper that is looking for a ground to start in!

I am in involved in couple of Discord servers and subreddits, but advertising is limited on most of them and clients rarely request paid edits/designs.

Are there any place that are thriving with clients and editors such as myself that I can join?
