UserTesting unable to finish test

I just did a test on UserTesting.com that I was unable to finish. I think it was due to the program because, for one, it asked me to choose what I preferred without giving me descriptions on a group of radio buttons, and it also would not allow me to click the Next button. It just gave me one of those circle with the slash though it symbols. I waited a bit but nothing changed. I detailed this in my report ticket.

The report prompt said something about contacting me about compensation if they find it was an issue on their end, which it most certainly is. What are the odds I'll still get paid? I only had a couple tasks left to do.
