UserTesting is messing with me

I've went through at least 20 screener and none yielded me any positive results. They all say I'm not qualified even if it's not for a specified specialty. It's driving me nuts. There was a screener saying what site did you make a transaction past month, I selected Amazon and then it said unqualified. What could I be doing wrong??? It's driving me crazy
