Rakuten question with rewards card

If you get a reward for using a store card and use Rakuten, do you forfeit your store card reward?

For example, if I get 5% back on Amazon for using Amazon's credit card, and I went through Rakuten for...3% back, would I just get the 3% back from Rakuten, or would I get both for a total of 8%?

Also, if I have a credit card with 1.5% back on ALL purchases, and I use it on a site with 3% cash back, do I get 4.5%?

***I know Amazon does not currently partner with Rakuten. I just used them as an example.

USA, if it matters.
