Pinecone research not letting me take surveys

I’ve been a member of Pinecone for like two years and I was able to claim a few rewards. For the past year or so every time I click through to a survey I’m not qualified. I literally can’t get past the loading screen before it denies me anymore.

It doesn’t matter how soon I click on it when the email comes through, I just go straight from loading screen to denial. (If it’s closed it says closed, this is a denial issue not a timing thing.)

I’ve contacted their support 6 months ago and they said that it’s not guaranteed that I’ll be eligible for the survey which is understandable but it’s been a year.

Any ideas?
