No payment from YouGov, 7 weeks after redemption

I redeemed 5,000 YouGov points for an AUD 25 PayPal credit on May 20th and - despite several emails to their customer services, all unanswered - I have not been paid yet. Is this normal? Is anyone in the same boat?
