My account was frozen on Gain.gg

While working on a survey today, an admin support member messaged me on Gain.gg and told me I would need to confirm my account by logging onto the site via mobile data plan, due me apparently completing surveys too fast. I did a few times, but the admin I was talking to seemed to not see any logins from a mobile data plan. Now my account is frozen for 30 to 60 days :(

Has anybody had a similar experience?
