Issue withIssue the Prolific payment

So I requested a cash out last week to my paypal account and nothing ever arrived. When I go to my account settings it shows my pending balance and my balance underneath that. My balance shows “pending cash out”. I initiated a cash out almost a week ago and nothing has happened. I tried to reach out since it had been a while but haven’t heard back.

When I try to click cash out it says you may only have one cash out per day and one active cash out.

I’m not sure what to do. Everyone I’ve talked to says their cash outs only take a couple days. Advice?
