How Do Appen Extra Hours Work

This is my second post about Appen lmao this website is confusing af. So if I want to work extra hours, do I need conformation from Uolo? Bc I sent them an email through the website a few days ago and they still haven’t replied so I’m not sure if I should work extra hours this week or not (today’s the last day of their “week” for Uolo btw). I did get 2 more mass emails about “you can work extra hours this week!!!!” tho so im confused as hell
