How can I profit from my software engineering skills?

Hi guys!

So, I am a self-thought software engineer that mostly works on security-related stuff. I am still a high-school student (last year) in Sofia, Bulgaria, and I'm looking for ways to earn some money via my skills - preferably freelancing. My accomplishments include:

  • ISEF Finalist and Alumni;
  • First place award winner in the Bulgarian National IT Olympiad;
  • SAP GeekyCamp 6 Winner;
  • Bulgarian representative in Brussels during EU Code Week 2019
  • and a few more first places in national IT and programming competitions, olympiads, and hackathons.

I will also be teaching Active Informational Security (Pentesteing that includes binary, system, and web security) at Sofia University this October.

My technical skills include:

  • Languages: Python, C#, C, just a bit of GoLang and some NetWide Assembler;
  • Databases: MySQL, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL and a bit of Mongo;
  • CI and CD: TravisCI and Bitbucket pipelines;
  • Version control systems: Git;
  • Hosting and computing services: AWS Lambda, S3;
  • Virtualization and containerization: QEMU, and a bit of Docker;
  • OS: Linux (I use it daily and have some projects that tackle kernel stuff - modules and syscalls), Windows;
  • IoT and hardware: Arduino, RPI;
  • Security skills: Binary and web exploitation, Pentesting, reverse engineering.

I have a part-time job but the salary just won't be enough to pay my rent and all the other expenses that I will have when I move out.

Until now, I have used Fiverr, but the traffic to my gigs is way too low and I can't get any clients.

I will really appreciate any suggestions on freelancing websites or just ways to monetize my skills. I can also include GitHub and LinkedIn links to this post.
