Google Play credit

Last year, I downloaded Google Opinion Rewards and so far acquired a few bucks with the surveys. Foolishly, I didn't realize until a few weeks ago that you couldn't actually use Google Play credits for anything other than in-store purchases. Since then, I've been trying to find ways to use the money. I've found an offer that interested me, but my balance is a few cents short, there's no way to split the remaining with my credit card and the cheapest gift card available actually surpasses the value of what I mean to buy. I was wondering if there's any app or site in which you can withdraw your balance directly to Google Play instead of redeeming gift cards, so I can get rid of the remaining balance.
