empfohlen.de is a site that has been popping up in my advertisements lately. Is it legit?

The site is Germany-specific so hopefully I’ll still get answers. It claims to offer playtesting and website testing and surveys, and the people who have answered over at r/de say that the minimum payout is way too high and that it’s not worth the efforts. If it’s not, are there similar websites that offer playtesting?
