Ebay/Shopify autobuy

Does anyone know of any programs/bots that can do the following?
- Autobuy with paypal on ebay e.g. seller puts up item randomly on sale, and I want to autocheck when that item is up and buy/checkout automatically
- Autobuy/checkout on shopify website
