Dscout Payment Issues

Has anyone had any issues getting paid with dscout express missions lately? I downloaded the app last week, and did 5 express missions. The last two I did, I never received payment, nor did I receive a rejection notification. After 3 days I reached out to thier support team and they only responded with a list of reasons why my submissions could have been 'knocked out'.
