Weird package received

Hey all, I received this package today and have absolutely no clue who it is from or why I have got it. I am assuming it’s from a survey I filled out but I’m not sure what to do? The company who sent the package is called: Savanta Group LTD. The phone number provided on the box is not working and I can’t find their office with the post code provided. Here: The Langford business park, Langford Locks, Kidlington, Oxfordshire, OX5 1GG

The package contains 4 bottles of what I suppose is Old amount Cider but they have no labels and the only thing in the box is two pieces of paper as shown.

I asked the delivery driver if there would be any charge on accepting but he assured me no. What should I do?
