Lucky time network connection error

Has anyone else gotten this error screen after opening the app? I emailed support and got a canned response. They wanted a user I'd but I couldn't give them mine because the app has no network connection at all. It just happened a week ago after an update. This sucks because Lucky Hero and Lucky Fish were my favorite games to play.
