Inherited a coin pusher from my uncle.

As the title says, I recently inherited an almost brand new coin pusher from my uncle. I don’t know much about them aside from having played them a few times when I was younger. I looked online and it seems like a decent form of passive income.

Does anyone have experience with these? Is it worth trying to get it set up somewhere or are there a bunch of problems associated that I’d be better off just selling it?
