how not to get bored/stay motivated during surveys?

i have adhd and im also on the spectrum, so concentrating on something that makes me bored/that i have little interest in is extremely difficult for me.

is there anything you do during surveys or beermoney work that keeps you engaged? i cant get through longer surveys anymore and its frustrating.
