Appen Connect Issues

Hey guys, I've just been signing with Appen connect and I am having some issues.

My first issue is that every time I connect, it says that my account is incomplete and when I go into the "profile" section, I am prompted to join appen china. If I press opt-out, nothing happens, and If I press opt-in (which I already have) I am redirected to the Chinese site and nothing changes.

Does anyone know what this is? and can anyone help me?
