A question regarding offer walls on surveys sites

If I join two different survey sites and try to do offers from revenuewall,your surveys,tap research or yuno surveys on both of them, then, do i have to make separate accounts on each of them(your surveys, revenuewall,tap research, yunonsurveys) for both of the surveys sites? or just having one offerwall account works for all surveys sites?
