Where should I do my Freelancer-kind of jobs

Hello. A bit of backstory: So I've been using Fiverr for about 2 years now, but not a single order. I make sure to keep it on low price, nice formation, great offers... But overall clicks and views are just low (my gigs are basically lost in middle of other ones). I list stuff such as video editing, also making banners and taking pictures. I have also been programming in Java for last year, and I can say, I can handle some tasks (quiz, autoclicker, currency calculator,... etc.) even in JFrame.

So let's say I want to try my skills (like programming) on other website. Because I'm only a beginner, I cannot go on Upwork or something like that. So where should I look then? Facebook groups?
