Swagbucks account creation

Hi, I recently made a Swagbucks account but quickly deactivated because I thought that I might've missed out on some signup bonuses. When I tried to make the account again, it told me that there was already an account associated with that email. I ended up trying another email and that didn't work either. It said that any random combination I tried was already being used, so I realized that it was probably just restricting me from making another account on my IP. Anyone know how long until I can make my account again?
