Robson QA Issues

Has anyone used Robson lately and if so are you having any issues getting the voice recordings to pass QA? I completed one assignment several weeks ago and was successfully paid without any issues. I had to rerecord a few phrases but nothing significant.

Recently they have had a few new assignments and I've had nothing but issues. One series of recordings sat in review for a while and then came back that I needed to rerecord a few sentences. I did that but then it came back that I needed to record all 50 phrases again which I did. Now its came back again saying there is background noise and a click at the end of each phrase. It's odd because this is their app you use for the recording and I'm in a dead silent room when I record and the click they mention is something their app is producing when you end the recording. The feedback on issues seems inconsistent from recording to recording.

I'm about to give up on them completely but just curious of others experience. The initial activity was an easy $20+ PayPal so I hate giving up on an easy reward.
