Prolific saying I’m ineligible for studies?

I’ve been using prolific for two months now and I never came across this issue before. I was trying to take two stuffier today, one in the morning and one a few minutes ago, and they both claimed I was ineligible but my account was in good shape? I don’t know if it’s a technical error. I submitted a ticket or form thing on their help center but idk when this problem will continue.
