inboxdollars account terminated 1 day after sending an email regarding paypal and payments.

yesterday i sent an email asking if there will be a problem with my payout if my last name on my paypal account and IS account is different.

i went to log on today and was terminated due to it being flagged. i contacted live support and they had to transfer me over to a higher up which will take 1-2 days.

if the problem was with my paypal last name being different, is there any way i can defend myself? seems pretty dumb to take away my 34$ due to me asking if a difference in last name would be a problem.
