How can I add funds to my Apple ID through my PayPal that does not have a linked bank account or card?

I’m not sure if this is the right sub to post this but I couldn’t think of anywhere else. So basically I’m under 18 without a job and I just wanted to make some cash to spend on the Apple store. So I’ve done some offers and one them actually rewarded me $10 in PayPal with the help of a guide from this very sub. I have not gotten the payment yet because I only requested it yesterday but once I do how can I use it to add funds to my Apple ID? And yes I’ve done quite a bit of research and I simply could not find anything.
