Drop Rewards taken over a month past grace periods

Is it just my account or is Drop taking forever to post rewards and administer points. I've got $130 in pending points from 2 boosted rewards and each are over the grace period of reward. I've emailed support and they have stopped responding to me and I'm not sure what my next step should be. I spent $60 on purchasing the services to get the reward and I really don't want this to be the last time I ever use Drop. Have any of you guys had similar experiences with Drop since Coronavirus started.
