Does Lionbridge track our IP and location where we do the job?

Hi, i am new in this. I live outside US.

1. The title says it all. The job is social media evaluator, if it helps. If I apply the job at country A, and then do the job partly at country B. Is it possible?

2. Is there any interview for that kind of job? How do we know whether there will be phone interview for a job?
