Anyone have their Rakuten/Ebates money mysteriously disappear on them?

I had about $120 worth of cashback purchases made in February and March, and the pay day is supposed to be today. However, when I logged into Rakuten today it was all gone. A week ago the balance was still showing up the $120, so i'm confident that it was approved, though strangely now the balance and the lifetime cashback amounts are $0. I've used the Rakuten extension to purchase the services, but unfortunately all I have are proof of the purchases themselves and not the shopping cart IDs (they happen to conveniently disappear on Rakuten as well)

Has anyone had an experience like this? Has anyone had to deal with this before, and if so what should i do?
