Why is Swagbucks using 21% of my battery life when I haven't used it in like 3 days?

I've noticed that if I don't charge my phone at night, my battery dies by the time I wake up if it's anywhere below 50% (and it doesn't normally do this). Just checked the manager in my settings, and turns out that Swagbucks has used 21% of my battery life in the past 20 hours? I haven't even opened the app in like three days. This concerns me, paired with the fact that the app also messed with my volume bar, leaving it on the screen for 30 seconds.
