Volkno funny business

Like quite a few people, I saw the notification that Volkno was allowing redemptions again. Read Volkno's lengthy statement that they posted, and then successfully redeemed a gift card. I did some more reviews, but now find myself locked out of their online shop. Address has been verified, completed all of their required surveys, still locked out. Anyone else?
