User Interviews - Many Broken Interviews

Hello! I am asking to see if maybe anyone could help. I keep coming across very many broken interviews on User Interviews, for example a games one told me I selected an option I absolutely didn't and I found it was broken. Another was asking a question related to cancer even though I never selected it, and would not allow an N/A option.

I really want to get in touch with these people but have no way of doing so. What do I do if it's broken except accept it just to email them that their survey is broken? I did that with the games one because I feel really bad for these guys. They had a text field so I put "N/A - Your survey is broken and says people selected this game when they didn't!" and accepted it so that it would go through to them. I am unsure what else to do I feel bad for them and not sure what to do as many of these interviews are very broken and I cannot accept them all to tell them its broken as many do not have a text form to communicate that it is not working.
