Upvoice not giving credits

Hello Everyone,

I am facing with an issue that even after watching ads on YouTube for more than 30 minutes is still not fetching me any reward credits.

I tried using VPN also, so that any possibility of my IP being hot-listed gets ruled out. However the issue still persists.

Though I have just mailed them the issue faced.

Anybody else facing the same issue ?
