Trouble with gg2u payout

I'm having an error message with gg2u payouts it says

You aren't able to request a payout right now.If this error persists, contact us at (Their email)

I have contacted both the email and their discord support team, both of which say that my Paypal isn't verified, however, just a week before, I did a withdraw of 2 7$ payments, I'm wondering if it is a Paypal issue or a gg2u issue and how to resolve it.
