SavvyConnect profile not installing

Having some trouble here... I am trying to download the savvyconnect app. I have already made an account. I download the app, verify the profile manually, start the app, login and it asks me to tap “install profile.” I tap it and then I am stuck on this message “Install Profile. Be right back” with a loading cog. It just stays there. Any help?
