Problems with CitizenMe

So I’ve just been logged out of the app due to ‘inactivity’ (I last used the app yesterday...). Upon trying to log in, it comes up saying ‘user not found’.

I assumed this was a bug so I went to reset my password, however I’m now being told that my email doesn’t exist at all.

Again, I’m giving the benefit of the doubt and assuming that this aspect of the app is just bugged. I go onto their website and repeat the process, at last I’m told that an email will be sent so I can reset my password.

However, this email doesn’t doesn’t arrive. I’ve tried again and again and again and still no email.

Has anyone else has this problem and if so how did you get back into the app?
