Offertwalls scam?

Hi, I started using GG2U and I got my first 7$ after a week, because I want to make more money (ideally 200$ per month) I started looking to the offertwalls. Well... I noticed there are many that are like: win 500$ try the Nutella biscuits get a chance to win this gift card etc.... I mean, they seem really sketchy to me, and when I try to click on them my phone tell me the connection is not safe. So, are they definitely scam? Should I stay away from those offers?
